The 80th Anniverary of the Dedication of the WWII Memorial Windows will be Saturday, August 15th, 2026 at a special service and ceremony with dignitaries present. At this time, we will also pay tribute to Sgt. George (Geordie) Stevenson, Royal Canadian Air Force, past Christ Church Anglican, Meaford parishioner who lost his life piloting a plane over Scotland on July 21, 1941 with the dedication of a plane propeller from the Hawker Hurricane he flew and in which he lost his life,. "For our tomorrow, he gave his today".
